This is my second article on Health and Nutrition.
The balance between Carbs, Proteins and Fats is the key to good nutrition.
Also, remember anything in excess is bad for your body.
The equation is 40% Carbs, 30%Proteins and 30% Fats.
In my next article, I will break down which foods should be taken to attain the balance. This balance is needed for the body to perform at its optimal level and to get a lifetime of fitness. All these will account for ageing gracefully which is the prime reason behind Health/Nutrition.
